Wordrobe is a small Pakistani brand selling emotional apparel, stickers, accessories and stationery. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “Wordrobe” refer to this store, and “you” refers to anyone who visits our website or places an order with us.

• Order details — your name, phone number, delivery address, city and province, and an optional email and order note, entered at checkout.
• Payment information — your chosen method (Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa). We do not collect or store card numbers; mobile-wallet and bank payments are completed directly with the relevant provider.
• Newsletter email — only if you choose to subscribe for new drops and gentle notes.
• Basic technical data — your browser sends standard information (like device type and pages visited) that helps the site work and lets us improve it.

We don't require you to create an account to shop, and we never ask for information we don't need.

• To process, pack and deliver your order.
• To contact you about your order — for example, to confirm details or arrange delivery, usually via WhatsApp or phone.

• Delivery couriers — your name, address and phone number, so your parcel reaches you.
• Payment providers — for bank, JazzCash or EasyPaisa transfers, the details you share are handled by those services under their own terms.
